	Jenny Dorset, England     Until I was diagnosed with cancer I didn't really know what the word 'alone' meant even though I'd been single until my forties. Through 'cancerbuddies' I found a buddy who had the same diagnosis and had completed similar treatment - and even at the same hospital. Now that chemotherapy has ended and the operation is drawing near, she is helping me keep on an even keel - and we are even able to make each other laugh!
