Our Mission
Somewhere out there, someone is feeling exactly like you. Cancer Buddies Network (CBN) is registered in the UK as Charity no. 1120207. Our aim is to create a haven where people living through similar cancer experiences, be they patients, carers, or family and friends, can get together with others in the same situation and even in the same part of the world (maybe even up the road!) for the purpose of giving and receiving cancer support, sharing, comparing, chatting and making long-lasting friendships.Becoming a cancer buddy is safe and easy and we guarantee we will not send you any unwanted mail or pass your details on to anyone else. We are here to prove that cancer need never be a lonely experience. With the use of a database and a search engine, you will be able to find a cancer buddy of your own choice from the comfort of your own home who has lived through the same experience as you. The process is completely secure with your own private mailbox on our site where you can email your buddies without anyone ever knowing your real email address. All you need to do is register your details using our easy to fill in form, and then start your search. The more members we have, the more people you will have to choose from and the closer you are to finding the friendship and support you need.
